Mandy Patinkin Sings Sondheim
The new 2CD live recording of signature Sondheim interpreter Mandy Patinkin's new show, as performed at the Prince Music Theater in Philadelphia and the Kennedy Center Sondheim Celebration, featuring familiar favorites and unusual song choices. The material ranges from "Finishing the Hat" to "Liaisons" to "Free" to "Take the Moment." Like Patinkin's Experiment album, the songs flow continuously, with minimal breaks for applause, arranged by masterful accompanist Paul Ford and produced by Tom Lazarus, Ford, Patinkin, and Tommy Krasker. The cover art is one of the sketches Patinkin drew while performing in Sunday in the Park with George.

The video of the 1998 gala concert for the producer's 50th birthday. It features ten Sondheim songs performed by Bernadette Peters, Dame Judi Dench, Ruthie Henshall, Maria Friedman, Michael Ball, Ned Sherrin, Julia McKenzie, Millicent Martin, and David Kernan. The major highlight is a special duet written by Sondheim and performed by Sondheim and Andrew Lloyd Webber. This title is not yet available, but cast your vote now to !
